At Shri Krishnam Designers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our ethnic wear. As each piece is carefully curated and often made-to-order, we request our customers to go through the following return and exchange guidelines before making a purchase.

📦 Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including change of mind or incorrect size ordered. Please refer to the size chart and product description carefully before placing your order.

🔁 Exchanges (Size Only)

We allow size exchanges only if the requested size is available, and the following conditions are met:

  • The request for a size change must be made on the same day of delivery.

  • Shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

❌ No Exchange / Return Possible If:

  • The product is used, altered, or washed.

  • The request is made after the delivery date.

  • The product was purchased during a sale or on discount.
